- Establish the relationship and scope of services required
- Gather the necessary information needed
- Conduct analysis based on the information
- Develop the plan, and present to the client
- Implement the agreed plan
- Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the plan

Our service model is based on regular interaction with clients in order to build trust and establish a professional working relationship. We host a number of events ranging from educational presentations, to family days, golf days and ladies only events. This allows us to get to know our clients in a less formal environment while at the same time building trust.
